We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Fleet Management Executive - Aftersales
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of all vehicles and efficiently document
• Maintenance schedules following manufacturers' specifications
• Monitor user departments by analysis of vehicle and equipment utilisation and evaluation of equipment specification
• Implement and maintain a mechanic training and certification program for the repair of automobiles and heavy equipment
• Supervises all workshop employees; trains; evaluates and discipline employees
• Assists in the development of workshop budgets and reviewing expenses and income.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in a lead technician role or other management role requiring a thorough knowledge of safe practices, DOT, OSHA e.t.c
• Basic Microsoft Office knolwedge
• Communication skills
• Root cause problem solving
• Organisational skills
