Description 

• Are you a talented Full Stack Developer ready to build powerful software solutions in a fast-paced FinTech environment? Join our team in Port Harcourt and play a key role in developing innovative, scalable applications that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of bespoke applications for the organization
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with the development team and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Architect and design new software systems aligned with business needs
• Implement new features and enhance existing applications
• Roll out software fixes and upgrades as necessary
• Design and maintain efficient database structures
• Oversee testing and deployment of all software solutions
• Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews
• Test and evaluate new technologies for performance and security compliance
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs
• Manage the organization’s repository and version control systems
• Develop technical documentation for all in-house applications

What We’re Looking for

• Strong experience in front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, Django, etc.)
• Experience in database design and cloud-based infrastructure
• A passion for clean code, security, and high performance
• Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly (Gross).
