Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of bespoke application for the organization
• Managing the complete software development lifecycle from conception to deployment
• Work with development team and product managers to ideate software solution
• Architect new software solutions to meet organizational needs
• Conceptualise, design and implement new features to enhance existing applications.
• Coordinate the testing and release of all the company’s software solutions.
• Coaching and mentoring of junior software Engineers
• Carry out code review on existing and newly developed applications
• Testing new software technology to ensure it meets the organizations operational and security requirements
• Rolling out fixes and upgrade to Software as needed.
• Create and maintain database designs for data storage and processing
• Integrate external and internal software libraries and APIs into existing projects
• Manage the organization’s repo and version control
• Develop technical documentations for all in-house developed software solutions.
