• Supports to source and facilitate employee training for the improvement of skills.
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations and Personnel Administration
• Health and Safety Management
• Facility and Security Management
• Personnel management

The Person

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any Social Science related courses and professional qualification an added advantage.
• 1- 2 years post NYSC experience on the same position in Manufacturing industry.
• Good Knowledge and Application Labour laws and related laws.
• Proficient /advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other packages.
• Good negotiating skill.
• Oral and written communication skill.
• Excellent organisational & leadership skill.
• Should be 27 - 32 years of ago.
