Job Position: Experienced Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with hospital standards and labor laws.
• Build a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Advise management on organizational development and staff engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain accurate HR records.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
