Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role

• Are you a results-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an HR Business Partner Officer to lead our recruitment and HR operations for our diverse client base.
• This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels at sourcing low-to-mid-level talent and managing the full employee lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Core Responsibilities

• Mass Recruitment & Outsourcing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Receptionists, Waiters, Bar-staff, Cleaners, and POS Agents.
• Compliance & Verification: Manage comprehensive background checks and maintain flawless HR documentation for all outsourced staff.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular appraisals and provide recommendations for staff retention, promotion, or termination.
• HR Administration: Coordinate leave requests (annual/sick), payroll data inputs, and general HR administrative tasks on behalf of business partners.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering "hire and fire" recommendations based on performance data and labor law compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certificationis an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, specifically within recruitment agencies or outsourcing firms.
• Technical Skill: Proven ability to source and vet blue-collar and mid-level service staff quickly.
• Independence: Must be able to work autonomously and manage a high volume of tasks without constant oversight.
• Location: Residents of Surulere or very close proximity (Yaba, Costain, Ojuelegba) will be given strong preference.

Working Pattern:

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Surulere, 2 days remote.
• Must be available for immediate resumption.
