We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruiting Officer - Collection

Job Location: Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Recruiting Officer who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and convincing qualified candidates to attend interviews for our collection roles.

• The Recruiting Officer will proactively source candidates, engage them through calls and direct outreach, and ensure a steady flow of interview-ready applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and contact prospective candidates for collection positions
• Convince a minimum of 10 candidates daily to attend scheduled interviews
• Clearly communicate job requirements, benefits, and career growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of contacted candidates and interview attendance
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Competencies

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in any relevant field with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Confidence in phone-based recruitment and candidate engagement.
