Job Position: Telesales Officer / Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite
Industry: Loans / Financial Services
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description

• Telesales Officers to support loan sales and customer acquisition within Nigeria’s paramilitary payroll segment. The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting verified leads, presenting loan products, converting prospects into completed applications, and following up through loan disbursement.
• This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, persistence, and the ability to meet sales targets in a structured telesales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage verified leads within Nigeria’s paramilitary agencies to promote loan products.
• Convert prospects into completed loan applications and follow up through successful disbursement.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and disbursement targets through effective telesales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, and follow-ups using approved tools.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Proven experience in telesales, call center operations, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets consistently.
• Excellent follow-up, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Forms.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience selling loans to paramilitary or government workers is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; understanding of Pidgin is an added advantage.
