We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Graphics Designer and Video Editing Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with the copywriter and creative director to produce final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Graphics Designer
• B.Sc Degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Design, fine arts or related fields
• Proven graphic designing experience and familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Light works, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Familiarity A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Yaba, Oworoshoki, Ajah etc.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
