Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials that promote property listings, enhance our brand identity, and support sales initiatives across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials including:

  • Property brochures, flyers, and listing presentations
  • Social media graphics and digital ads
  • Website banners and landing page visuals
  • Email marketing templates
  • Signage, billboards, and promotional materials
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with sales agents and marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
• Create engaging visual content for new property launches and special promotions.
• Edit photos of properties to enhance visual appeal.
• Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with printing vendors when necessary.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, especially within the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Competence in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Canva
  • Davinci Code
  • Basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Basic knowledge of social media content requirements and formats.
