Job Summary

• The Head of Investment Banking role at Absa Nigeria is a strategic position that offers the successful candidate the autonomy to shape the structure and direction of the Nigeria Investment Banking business.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing a strong deal pipeline, and ensuring high-value transactions that reinforce Absa’s market positioning. 
• Will work closely with the CEO of Absa Nigeria to ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives and enhance deal execution capabilities and operational efficiencies to support increased transaction volume.

Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
• Suited to an Investment Banking professional with a minimum of 15+ years of experience with a track record of senior leadership in investment banking.
