Job Type: full time
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Must be a certified and licensed legal practitioner
- Must possess good knowledge of corporate governance
- Must have good communication and public relations skills
- Must possess good knowledge of personnel management
- Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills
- Must exhibit strong negotiation skill for contract agreement execution
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience.
