Job Position: Head of Design (Furniture Interior)
Job Location: Dei-Dei, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• Are you innovative, creative, visionary and some who can take initiative? Then you are the one we are looking for, to head our design team and drive the creative directions of our products.
• This role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity and delivery exceptional user experences across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interrior design (funiture)
• OND / B.Sc. holder in related field will be an added advantage (certification in funiture interrior design will be highly considered)
• Proximity to location is highly recommended.

Skills / Key Roles:

• Stonge leadership skill: Lead, mentor and inspire the design team encouraging a team work of creativity and collaboration
• Brand development: Define and evolve the company's visual identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design Oversight: Oversee the design project from start to finish, ensuring high quality and the company's standard are achived and maintained.
