Job Position: Head of Marketing

Job Location:  Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Duties

• The Head of Marketing is a company's top marketing executive.
• They are responsible for everything related to promoting the business, its products, and its brand.

Primary Goals

• Grow the business.
• Increase sales.
• Build a strong brand reputation.

Responsibilites
Strategic Leader:

• Create the marketing plan: They decide what marketing campaigns to run, who to target, and how to measure success.
• Set the budget: They manage and allocate the money for all marketing activities.

Team Manager:

• Lead the team: They hire, train, and guide the marketing team (e.g., social media managers, content creators, designers).
• Oversee projects: They ensure all marketing projects are on track and meet their goals.

Brand Guardian:

• Protect the brand: They make sure the company's message is consistent and positive across all platforms.
• Approve campaigns: They have the final say on all ads, press releases, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 years of work experience.
