We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager and Content Creator 
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly motivated Content Creator to develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and style.
• The ideal candidate will be able to create high-quality content, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with our team to produce engaging content for our social media channels

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives across all digital platforms
• Create high-quality content (visuals, videos, graphics, captions, etc.) for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketin
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that drives brand awareness and engagement
• Edit and optimize content for different platforms and audience
• Manage and schedule content across all digital platform
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Take initiative to brainstorm new content ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with influencers, and other stakeholders to create engaging content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
• Excellent writing, photography, video production, and graphic design skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Familiarity with the Beauty, Fragrance or Skincare industry is an advantage
• Experience with VFX (Visual Effects) and motion graphics is also an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
