Oceanic Health Management Limited was established and licensed by the NHIS in 2007 for the provision of managed health care to the Nigerian public with a share capital of N400,000,000 (Four Hundred Million Naira) fully paid. We are one of the few licensed managed health care services providers that have been recently re-accredited by the NHIS.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head of Marketing
Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the organisation
• Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the organisation
• Drive and coordinate all marketing activities nationwide
• Grow and sustain market share of the organisation
• Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
• Build long term relationship with new and existing customers
• Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services
• Maintain quality and productive relationship with clients and address their needs effectively
• Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy
• Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities
• Coordinate and manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits

Requirements

• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences or any Management related course
• Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing, Social Sciences or any Management related course
• ICT in Ms Excel, Ms word and field specific software
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience post NYSC
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant and related field
• Attendance of related Courses/workshops/seminars etc.
• Excellent selling and customer relationship skills.
