Job Position: Hospitality Manager

Job Location: Jos, Plateau

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Jos.
• The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations, including managing internal and external customer service, food and beverage, travels, accommodation and overall guest satisfaction.
• The Hospitality Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service expertise
• Experience in food and beverage operations, including menu development and kitchen management
• Strong hospitality background and familiarity with industry trends
• Relevant professional certifications (such as Food Safety or Hotel Management) (preferred)
• Training and staff development experience
• Familiarity with local culture and customs (preferred).
