Summary

• The Hotel Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient service delivery, profitability, and compliance with hospitality standards.
• The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and operational management skills to maintain high-quality service across all departments.

Responsiblties

• Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Manage inventory of hotel supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Prepare reports on operations, finances, and guest feedback.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative duties and support strategic planning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
