Job Description

• Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We are is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to join our team in Uromi, Delta State.
• As a Hotel Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel staff and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Oversee guest services, reservations, and front desk operations.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments.
• Assist in staff training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Monitor hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Maintain inventory, manage budgets, and report on financial performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor Degrees with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in hotel management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
