We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Assistant

Job Location: Alakija, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Check attendance for workshop/ drivers/ admin and operations weekly.
• Assist the Admin Executive on driver’s license update.
• Update new drivers on the ERP. ? Ensure all HR forms are readily available for staff and filled appropriately.
• Prepare monthly schedule for overtime.
• Responsible for employee’s filling, updates and documentation.
• Follow up with signing of leave allowances and ensuring it gets to the finance department for disbursement.
• Detailed record and report on all activities carried out.
• Any other job as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
