Originally specialised in underwater NDT and inspection of offshore drilling rigs, shipping vessels, platforms and FPSO for classification societies such as ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyds, etc. Since then, we have expanded our services to carry out all types of Offshore and Onshore construction, inspection, salvage, support and maintenance.

Job Position: HR / Crewing Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an HR/Crewing Officer, located in Lekki.
• The HR/Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating crewing activities, and overseeing operations management.
• Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining crew schedules, handling crew-related communications, and supporting the overall ship management operations.
• The HR/Crewing Officer will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the offshore Oil and Gas, Marine industry is a plus
• Managing Crews and Crewing skills
• Operations Management and Ship Management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
