We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Facilitate employee training programs and continuous development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations regarding employment practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years of proven experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
