Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
• 4 - 6 years of years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in the management consulting sector.
• HR certification is required (CIPM, SPHRI, aPHR)
• Ability to clearly communicate with the team without ambiguity
• Excellent organizational and people management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Conversant with HRMS and Google Workspace
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
