Job Description


  • A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees all aspects of an organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • They play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with the organization's goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the company attracts, motivates, and retains qualified employees.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and handling disciplinary procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Developing and implementing training programs, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Developing and managing compensation strategies, administering employee benefits, and conducting salary reviews.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Policy Development:

  • Creating and implementing HR policies related to employment, performance management, and other areas.

Strategic Planning:

  • Working with top executives on strategic HR planning and aligning HR practices with the organization's overall objectives.

Performance Management:

  • Overseeing performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and addressing performance issues.

Employee Engagement:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee morale and engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–10years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
