We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation process by providing guidance to line managers on policies and processes, confirming that evaluations and recommendations are compiled on time and within set guidelines.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Any other duty as assigned by Line Manager.
