Job Position: HR Manager

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Screen, interview, and hire candidates; manage the orientation and onboarding of new employees for hub centres & hub operations.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and conflicts, promote a positive work culture, and implement effective HR policies.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits and payroll processes to ensure timely payments.
• Training and Development: Create and implement training programs and professional development plans for staff.
• Compliance and Records: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records and paperwork.
• Performance Management: Ensure performance management initiatives to improve business performance.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
• 2 - 5 years of experience in agricultural sector or FCMG
• Experience on farming/agricultural procedures, loan disbursement for applicants and education on investment plans
• Knowledge on labour law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional certification in Human Resource Management.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
