We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Officer / Manager

Job Location: Lekki-Ajah, Abraham Adesanya - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• A university Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management (fintech experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Ability to articulate the advantages of an ideal payroll process.
• Supporting the People Operations Lead in delivering people solutions, standardising, and improving processes.
