About the Role


  • The HR Executive, will provide support across multiple HR functions including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and data management.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for human resource management to join our company. This is an onsite role in Lagos with the possibility of a hybrid work pattern latter.

Responsibilities 
What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee on boarding sessions and ensure a smooth on boarding process from pre-boarding to on boarding conclusion
  • Payroll administration and accurate records keeping
  • Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee questions and concerns, conducting investigations, and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for team lead.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and drive of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure demographic data accuracy in HRIS Human Resource Information System.
  • Own the administration of employee benefits and work tools.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through employee events coordination, team-building activities, surveys, and other measures.
  • Conduct extensive research on HR initiatives and stay up to date with current industry trends.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements
What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any social science course.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certifications (CIPM, PHRI) will also be an added advantage.

  • Monthly salary from N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
