We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Retail Store Supervisor
Job Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- As the Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our high-end fashion store.
- You will be tasked with creating an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele while also driving the store's financial performance and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Your strong leadership, keen eye for fashion, and exceptional customer service skills will be paramount in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a structured grocery/fashion retail outfit, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain high service standards, and contribute to store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve individual and store-wide monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee the store's inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand's image and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by setting high standards for personalized service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance the store's operations, sales, and profitability.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a structured grocery/fashion retail environment with strong sales and customer service exposure.
- Experience in a retail store is mandatory
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in the use of retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
- Passion for fashion, an eye for style, and a deep understanding of current and emerging trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.

2.) Sales Executive

What we are looking for
- A results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team.
- The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a structured grocery/fashion retail outfit, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain high service standards, and contribute to store profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store.
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.
- Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a structured grocery / fashion retail environment with strong sales and customer service exposure.
- Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail POS systems is an added advantage.

3.) Operations Assistant
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the operations department in overseeing daily store operations, staff management, and maintaining an optimized inventory level.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all store-level activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Support:
- Assist in monitoring daily operations across all store branches
- Follow up on daily reports, and stock movement updates
- Track branch performance metrics and escalate discrepancies
- Support the coordination of visual merchandising reviews
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
- Assistance in maintaining optimal stock levels and replenishment needs
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
- Track inter-branch transfers and delivery confirmations
- Ensure timely reporting of damages, returns, and discrepancies
Staff Management:
- Assist with monitoring dress code, grooming and customer service standards.
- Follow up on staff scheduling, roasters, and attendance
- Assist with achieving complaince of brand policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in core operations coordination and support.
- Experience in the retail space will be added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be professional, proactive, and detail-driven.
