We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Manager (Female)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties


  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead the HR team in designing, planning, and executing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the development of job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and update company policies as required.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention and engagement.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor performance reviews, and provide feedback.
  • Develop and lead performance improvement plans as necessary.
  • Identify training needs, plan, and coordinate training programs.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development for all employees.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure salary structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage monthly payroll to ensure alignment with employment laws, (taking into account, Attendance, Punctuality, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and oversee employee engagement programs.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the HR department.
  • Any other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary for your role.
  • Other activities as assigned by management or may lead to the growth of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 7+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Passionate and proactive about employee Engagement.
  • Self-aware and motivated to make a real impact.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • HR certification (e.g, CIPMN, PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP e.t.c) is a plus.

Salary
N700,000 monthly.
