Job Position: Human Resource Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Foster a positive work environment and company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
• Experience in the Real Estate Sector is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must reside Around Lekki environs.
