Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

About the Role

• We are seeking to employ Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and oversee all staff-related functions across the company.

Role Summary

• The Human Resource Manager will design and implement HR strategies, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.
• This role reports to senior management and will be responsible for both strategic HR planning and day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbook.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefit administration, and leave management.
• Design and deliver training, development, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports for management.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferred Candidate: Female
