Job Description

• Interviewing, Selection, Induction and Staff Budgeting
• Performance Management
• Ensuring Staff Welfare, Leave Benefits and Compensation.
• Employee Engagement, Staff Feedback, Exit Interviews
• Support in Training and Development of staff
• Counselling, Guidance and Handling Disciplinary Procedures
• Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety
• HRIS Management & People Strategy formulation
• Drafting of Employment Letters and HR Policy Management
• Compliance with Labour Laws, ITF, HMO, PAYE
• HR Documentation, Background check
• Payroll Management
• Support in Culture Management & Organizational Structuring
