We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations.
• This role requires someone who can take ownership of HR processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to building a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees and artisans.
• Coordinate training and development programs to build staff capacity.
• Implement performance management processes, including KPI setting, tracking, and reviews.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Administer payroll input and employee benefits in line with company standards.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, performance management, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive HR matters.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Interested Applicants must reside within Ilupeju or nearby areas of Lagos for ease of commute.

What We Offer

• Monthly salary: N120,000.
