Description

• To continue providing total guest service delivery, the Club is seeking to recruit an exceptional Human Resources Manager to support the development of a comprehensive HR Strategy and Business Planning.

Requirements

• The preferred candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Professional membership and certification with relevant professional associations
• Not less than 5 years post qualification experience in a similar industry
• S/he must have strong competencies in strategic planning, people management, administration, training and development, performance management, reward and recognition
• Good communication skills, organizational and planning skills, pleasant disposition and ability to work in a team.
