We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct farm/site visitations and provide oversight where required.
• Prepare monthly watch reports on site inspections.
• Carry out on-site inspections.
• Monitor recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave schedules, and performance appraisals.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and staff welfare.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven HR experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
