We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Function

• Proper documentation and appropriate filing of staff, clients, customers records
• Working with departmental management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with departmental objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality
• Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts and On boarding new starters/new staff inductions
• Enforcing company policies, procedures and assist in implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Writing official emails, letters, proposals and agreements
• Exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
