Human Resources Officer Recruitment at JAF Bakery

JAF Bakery formerly known as Alafia Bakery was establish in 1955. We are an institution with over 50 years of reputable standing in Ibadan. Alafia Bread emerged in the ancient city of Ibadan and started with the production of small loaves of bread that tasted so good and was also very affordable, bridging the gap between quality and quantity.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Assist in performance management processes
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant field
• 2 - 4 years of experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills at all levels.
• Excellent Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
• Ability to multi-task and maintain good relationships with employees.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
