Job Position: ICT / Accounts Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ICT / Accounts Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both information technology and accounting, supporting the company's IT infrastructure and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions- sales, purchases etc.
• Ensuring regular and promptly submission of necessary reports.
• Maintaining up to date records of invoices.
• Stock and inventory management- ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Uploading invoices and price updates on the inventory and sales system.
• Keeping online stock updated on the website.
• Handling online orders via website and other social media handles.
• Managing FB, IG and Twitter pages with regular updates and promoting company’s online presence.
• Maintaining office computers and equipment.
• Carrying out other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 1 - 2 years) in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and IT systems management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
