We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ICT Support / Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provides help-desk support to staff by solving technical problems with Computer Systems, Network, and telephone and voice infrastructure.
• Design and Update of organizations web sites, blogs and social media in line with Managements approved contents.
• Prepares evaluations of software or hardware, and recommends improvements or upgrades
• Initiates procurement of IT infrastructure and other related ICT purchases
• Manages relationship with providers and Vendors to ensure internet connection and availability of services for Applications.
• Performs installation of network equipment, operating systems, and appropriate software.
• Design of logos and ID Cards, labels, graphic cards/signage /calendars and branded documents.
• Participates in the customization of application packages and any ERP implementation.
• Monitors the performance of all IT infrastructure in the Group.
• Tracks infrastructure technology developments through suppliers or other external sources and makes necessary recommendations new improvements to the ICT Management.
• E-mail System support and management
• Assists in Training of users on new Applications or IT deployments.
• Provides support to the Group MD’s office in document management and FX Procurements

Qualifications

• First Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer/System/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ Applied Physics/Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in IT Support and Operations support
• Relevant certification such as: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), Network and/or MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), HTML certification, Full Stack Web Development certificate or the likes...
• Knowledge of Graphic design tools like: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw etc..
• Knowledge of Web Design and use of Web development tools and scripting languages: PHP, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages: e.g.: C#, Java, and Python will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of DBMS like: SQL, MySQL etc.
