We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ICT Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objectives

• Provide technical support to our organization's staff and clients
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.

Job Role

• Provide 1st line support for local and remote end-users, resolving IT related technical issues and providing support for users.
• Able to talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Skilled in maintenance and repairs of PCs and perform periodic (and preventive) maintenance on them.
• Support branches during downtimes, and promptly escalating the problem while initiating procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure that incidents are logged and tracked using formal documentation
• Able to handle installation and configuration of computer hardware and operating systems, and applications
• Manage all aspects of IT security and ensure compliance with Data Protection Regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in ICT support.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, software, hardware, and networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good project management skills.
