Phillips Consulting Limited is a wholly owned Nigerian firm with offices in Lagos, Abuja and Johannesburg. Established in 1992, we offer an array of business and management consulting services to government and corporate organisations.
Our focus is on creating and managing change in organisations by formulating and implementing customer focused strategies. This assists in aligning their management systems to support service delivery and developing the competence and capabilities of their people to deliver on their promises.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Qualifications and Skills 

  • First Degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 (relevant professional qualification and or post graduate qualification would be added advantage)
  • Knowledge of current and expected changes in business that will impact on her/his area of specialization
  • 6 years work experience in at least one sector of major importance to the Firm.
  • Possess track record of progressive achievement and advancement
  • A specialist in his/her area which represents marketable technical experience


Description
The Candidates we seek should have experience in 1 or more of the following areas: Human Resource, Finance, Business Strategy, Learning & Development, e-Learning Content Design, Instructional Design and Information Technology.
