Summary

• We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Inventory Control Officer to oversee daily stock records and ensure system accuracy across all locations.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, managing transfers, and conducting regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies and losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily stock records across all branches and warehouse locations
• Process and reconcile stock transfers between locations
• Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic stock audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
• Ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
• Prepare inventory reports and highlight variances to management
• Support process improvements to strengthen inventory control and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and reporting tools
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
• Integrity and accountability in handling stock data.
