Job Position: Warehouse Operations Officer

Description

• Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Operations Officer to support our luxury retail operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate stock handling, picking and packing high-value items, receiving inventory, and coordinating distribution to our retail branches.
• This role requires integrity, precision, and the ability to handle premium products with exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Pick, pack, and prepare luxury items for distribution to branches
• Ensure secure handling and storage of high-value inventory
• Coordinate timely dispatch and confirm branch receipt
• Conduct stock counts and support inventory reconciliation
• Maintain organized and compliant warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations (luxury retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
