Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Locations: Surulere and Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Inventory Officer is responsible for managing medical and non-medical inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing wastage, and maintaining accurate records.
  • This role plays a critical part in supporting smooth clinical and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, lenses, frames, medicines, and consumables
  • Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, and returns
  • Ensure proper storage of medical supplies as per safety standards
  • Track expiry dates and ensure timely utilization of stock
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain documentation
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise timely replenishment requests
  • Support cost control initiatives and reduce inventory losses
  • Generate periodic inventory and consumption reports for management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory or store management (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
