Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Personnel to join our Lagos team and help us maintain accurate stock levels while ensuring smooth store operations.
• The Inventory Personnel will be responsible for managing inventory across our Lagos store(s), ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient stock handling, and timely reporting.
• This role requires familiarity with Lagos for logistics purposes and, for gender balance in the team, we are seeking preferably a male candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, record, and reconcile daily stock movements (inflow and outflow).
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Manage stock levels, reorder alerts, and liaise with suppliers or warehouse teams when necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Generate inventory reports for management on a periodic basis.
• Support administrative tasks related to stock management and store operations.
• Work closely with the store team to ensure customer demands are met promptly.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory management, administration, or stock management.
• Familiarity with Lagos routes and logistics.
• Preferably male, to support gender balance in the team.
• Good understanding of stock management systems and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
