Job Position: Outlet / Store Manager

Job Locations: Gbagada, Surulere, Lekki, Ikorodu, Ogudu, Ajah - Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are recruiting experienced Outlet/Store Managers for our QSR operations, preferably with experience in cake, bakery, or food production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
• Manage inventory, stock control, and prevent losses/wastage
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of daily/monthly targets
• Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff, including duty rosters and discipline
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and operational procedures
• Prepare basic reports on sales, stock, and manpower.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in QSR, bakery, cake, or food-related business is highly preferred
• Strong people management, sales, and inventory control skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
