IT Business Analyst

ROLE SUMMARY

The role holder will work closely with business counterparts to identify IT solutions in business functional areas. It involves an understanding of the company’s business processes, technological solutions, stakeholders’ requirements, and functional/ non-functional needs hence coming up with technical documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising between the internal and external stakeholders, Technology, product department, finance, Business, Operations, and the client.
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Enhancing the quality of products and services.
• Analyzing the architectural design of technical systems and business models.
• Utilizing technology data for business insights.
• Analyzing business needs.
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
• Producing reports on application development and implementation.
• Developing Business, system, and functional requirement document
• Validate requirements and assure compliance of the development outcomes with a customer’s business goals.
• Standardize the software development process and assure that the single workflow with promised requirements is applied

REQUIREMENT

• Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst
• BSC in any course
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis
• Understanding business functional areas
• Demonstrable problem-solving, prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
