• Engineer will assist end users with daily IT issues e.g printer issue, LAN issue, reimage etc.
• IRMAC and PC refresh support
• On-boarding / off-boarding support
• Inventory management
• Office support
• Remote user support
• Executive and VIP support
• Meeting support
• Laboratory (benchtop), automation, process and non-standard PC support
• On-site infrastructure support
• Hands and Eyes Support for Self-Sparing Server Program
• Media-management
• On-call duty
• Country & site leads management duties
• Service Level agreements

Requirements

• Nigerian speaker
• English Language proficiency
• Diploma in IT or in the same field
• One or two years of experience in the same position
