Job Position: IT Engineer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Day to day Activities of IT Support on ground
• Daily reporting consolidation & follow up
• Escalation calls attending
• ISP Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Server Infrastructure – Monitoring & Maintenance
• Firewall Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Anti-virus roll out and Troubleshooting
• Backup of Data Users & Application
• Procurement of Hardware/Laptops/Desktops and Troubleshooting
• Implementation of Policy & Procedures
• CCTV & Biometrics Troubleshooting and reporting
• Windows Server Manage and troubleshooting
• Office Application knowledge
• Infra Virtualization
• Documentations and Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Engineering in Computers Science / IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Power bi knowledge is a must
• Qlinks knowledge is added advantage.
